Balfour Winery in Kent is a pioneer for both English traditional method sparkling wines, and a new wave of English still wines. Here's a fun fact, their delicious Balfour Brut Rosé was the official English wine of the London 2012 Olympic games.
In 1995 the Gabb family, originally from Shropshire, purchased and restored a picturesque wine farm in Stellenbosch, South Africa. They use progressive methods in the cellar and in the vineyards with a minimal intervention philosophy and a commitment to ethical and sustainable production.
Highclere Castle Gin, launched in 2019, aims to create the finest gin, celebrating Highclere's historic reputation for high-standard entertaining. Distilled above an ancient underground water source, Highclere Castle Gin is produced at Langley Distillery; England’s oldest gin distillery in one of the oldest working copper gin stills.
